Step 2 is Potential Solutions. We have found that clients / teams tend to like three types of solutions; a basic, intermediate and an advanced.

The basic is for teams which know they need help but aren’t sure what the best solution is, or maybe budgets are very tight, or there isn’t a strong sense of urgency; or maybe the team would like to seek to understand everything before taking action / implementing.

Step 3 is Implementation. Implementation is where most teams struggle. We often have all the greatest intentions of taking action and following through but often still will not follow through.

Because of ActionVision for Teams unique process, we have over 95% of those who are invited in, that follow through. When we perform powerful examinations, including an examination on all team members, we ensure that strong buy-in and follow through will be achieved.

Q1: Are you an executive coaching firm?
A1: We have been servicing clients since 1991. Many of our clients refer to us as executive coaches and or consultants . . . which we understand, be in reality we are really engineers or architects of BOS ~ Business Operating Systems.

Q2: How long is the commitment?
A2: Each customized plan is created for 12 months and the commitment is for the length of the plan.

Q3: How fast will I see results?
A3: That will depend on what type of results you are looking for. Certain results happen very quickly. Bottom line sales, increase in profitability can happen quickly or can take a longer period of time. This will depend on a number of factors; one of which how quickly there is complete buy-in and how quickly individuals and the team as a whole executes.
