Ongoing Team Member Development

Now that we’ve finished the six CORE lessons and read and deeply understood and applied the five white papers and the ebook “How To Be The Best Student In The World . . . In Everything!” we are now able to go deeper. These lessons are much higher frequency lessons so if we get lost and/or these lessons do not make sense, please go back and go through the first six lessons again. Work on being a better student this time around. 🙂

New Year . . . The Year Of Drama Yes . . . believe it or not, this is the year of drama. Ken, as with most analytic / driver personality types, hate drama . . . so why would it be the year of drama? Ken’s going to change and change requires hard work and doing things that often do not make sense. For all of us to change, to grow, to dramatically improve who we are and the team we seek to become we MUST learn to “Think Differently.” This is a journey not a destination. As we learn to Think Differently, others around us will also do so as well.

Thinking Differently

Here are the three things that Ken would like to focus on over the next 12 months. Notes

  • Hold people responsible ~ have face to face discussions about it the right way
  • Assist everyone learn to be a manager of themselves and self driven.
  • Measure our success and failures. Grid what we have to accomplish. I need to focus on much bigger picture beginning today.

Now . . . if we haven’t mastered the first six lessons and corresponding white papers, these more advanced lessons will be hard to understand and process. The next 12 months will be mind blowing, we will grow and change like we’ve never changed before . . . IF . . . we’re willing to do the hard work to learn to Think Differently and do so quickly.
