Each frequency / personality has strengths and weaknesses and our greatest strength is our greatest weakness and our greatest weakness is really just our greatest strength miss applied. It’s taking our strength too far. Based on our Frequency / Personality, how can we be more effective? We talk about finding people’s biggest challenge and grouping them with people who can help solve or at least make better that challenge. Have we ever felt that someone was rude to us? When people say really hard things to us, how do we respond? Do we get defensive, upset and/or lash out at them?
