Ongoing Team Member Development

Now that we’ve finished the six CORE lessons and read and deeply understood and applied the five white papers and the ebook “How To Be The Best Student In The World . . . In Everything!” we are now able to go deeper. These lessons are much higher frequency lessons so if we get lost and/or these lessons do not make sense, please go back and go through the first six lessons again. Work on being a better student this time around. 🙂

Frustration . . . 3 Elements This lesson might be a very strange lesson as there is so much in here.  Stick with it . . . if there are dots at the end that you aren’t able to connect, please talk with your mentor about how to connect those dots.  Topics:  3 Elements to Frustration,  How frustration can be very productive / positive, why it makes no sense to steal, natural laws, zombies . . . yes 🙂 zombies, how to Think Differently, compassion, good choices ~ good consequences // bad choices ~ bad consequences . . . and a whole lot more!

Amazing Lesson

Let’s get started with Phase 2 white papers and start with Thinking Differently. We’ve been exposed to Thinking Differently . . . with this white paper . . . we’ll take it to a whole new dimension.

Thinking Differently

Here are the three things that Tanglewood would like to focus on over the next 12 months. Notes

  • Hold people responsible ~ have face to face discussions about it the right way
  • Assist everyone learn to be a manager of themselves and be self driven.
  • Life Vision ~ Discover & Live Our Life Vision daily and connect what we do daily back into the Tanglewood’s / team’s vision.

Now . . . if we haven’t mastered the first six lessons and corresponding white papers, these more advanced lessons will be hard to understand and process. The next 12 months will be mind blowing, we will grow and change like we’ve never changed before . . . IF . . . we’re willing to do the hard work to learn to Think Differently and do so quickly.

NOTE: Are you still managing Up/Out to everyone you should / could be? 🙂 Now maybe . . . think about taking it to a whole new dimension and think about including family, friends, Tanglewood clients, referral partners and/or people in the community. Obviously . . . anyone we Up/Out to connected with Tanglewood we need to make sure we’re smart about this and run it by those who can give us input.
